Employee/Labor Relations Office
The Employee/Labor Relations Office is located in the Department of Human Resources and Management. It is available to provide assistance with policies, procedures, and employee programs. The team also offers resources to strengthen management-employee relations and resolution of employment concerns and grievances. Efforts include counseling supervisors and employees on work-related matters, providing assistance with questions and concerns, and employee/supervisory training on employment matters.
