You are eligible for this benefit if you are full-time or part-time career employee, appointed official, Commissioner, ERS employee or Credit Union employee. Benefits Provided
If you need help finding the following types of services, you may contact this provider who will assist you with the search process:
Child Care Resources - day care providers, nannies, pre-school programs, back-up care School-Age Resources - before & after school programs, private and public schools, boarding schools, summer camps Adoption Care Resources - adoption agencies, adoption support groups, state adoption specialists, legal services for adoption How the Program Works
If you are interested in accessing this program, you will be asked questions regarding your needs. A counselor will conduct research to identify resources to fit the dependent's need, such as service providers. Whenever possible, you will be provided with names and telephone numbers of at least three available options, suitable for the dependent's age, and in locations and with hours of operation as convenient as possible for your family. These referrals will usually be provided within three working days after receiving your initial call. After the services have been provided, you are required to complete a vendor registration form on the services you received from the program. |
