Chief Information Officer

The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), as practiced by the Chief Information Officer (CIO), defines, socializes, implements, monitors, measures, and maintains Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) to maximize value to the M-NCPPC and Counties through the application of innovative and collaborative solutions. M-NCPPC IT organizations are active and supportive partners in furthering value, ensuring transparency, and maximizing value to the tax payer.

The CIO succeeds by building relationships, and maintaining a close touch on the pulse of the departments. These stakeholders are delivering services to the constituents, and the CIO strives to ensure the right EIT is in the right place, at the right time. This is accomplished by partnering with the Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) of each department. Together, they allocate EIT smartly across the enterprise, delivering highly reliable and secure services and products.
