General Statements

  • Copies of IFB/RFP will be furnished by the Purchasing Division Office (as specified within the document) from 8 am until 5 pm Monday through Friday.
  • Sealed bids and proposals must be received by the Purchasing Office (as specified within the document) on or before the due date and time stated within the documents.
  • Interested parties must call contact person identified in the solicitation to verify number of addenda prior to submitting a bid or proposal.  It is the responsibility of the potential bidder/offeror to ensure that all addenda have been received prior to submitting an bid/offer.
