Corporate Policy and Management Operations
The Corporate Policy and Management Operations Division was created in FY11 through consolidation and restructuring to emphasize governance, employee communications and corporate programs, and to enhance support to the Office of the Executive Director, Executive Committee, and the Commission.
This division provides services to ensure that business operations are efficiently using resources and effectively meeting customer requirements. Staff incorporates general management principles of responsibility and transparency into everyday guidelines, recommends strategic policy, and provides systems analysis and resource planning. Federal, State and local mandates are implemented through policies and procedures to assure compliance and due diligence in business operations.
The division operates under three cross-functional teams: Corporate Policy and Corporate Records; Management Operations and Internal Services; and Risk Management and Workplace Safety.
