The goal of this project is to develop a mixed-use zone to implement the policy recommendations of the 2002 General Plan, streamline and standardize regulations and processes, and supplement or replace existing mixed-use zones, design-oriented overlay zoning tools, and comprehensive design zones currently legislated in the county’s Zoning Ordinance.
