The project boundary covers the Branch Avenue corridor starting from Naylor Road to St. Barnabas Road including Iverson Mall and the Marlow Heights Shopping Center. It also includes St. Barnabas Road from the Beltway to Silver Hill Road and the portion of Silver Hill Road from Suitland Parkway to Branch Avenue.
