The Preliminary TDDP was released for public review and inspection on July 28, 2005. Copies of the preliminary plan are available free of charge at the following locations:

September 2007
The 2006 Approved West Hyattsville Transit District Development Plan and Transit District Overlay Zoning Map Amendment was printed in July 2007.  Distribution of the printed plan began in August 2007.  Copies of the document will be available at the Information Counter, County Administration Building (ground floor) in Upper Marlboro, MD.  The summary plan poster for the West Hyattsville TDDP was completed this month and has been submitted to the printer.  The poster is scheduled to be completed and released to the public by the end of September 2007.

August 2007
The 2006 Approved West Hyattsville Transit District Development Plan was sent to the printer in July 2007.  The printed plan is scheduled to be released to the public in August 2007.  Copies of the document will be available at the Information Counter, County Administration Building (ground floor) in Upper Marlboro, MD.  The summary plan poster for the West Hyattsville TDDP is being prepared for submission to the printer in August 2007.  The poster is scheduled to be completed and released to the public by September 2007.

April 2007
The 2006 Approved West Hyattsville Transit District Development Plan is scheduled to be printed by May 2007. Copies of the document will be available at the Information Counter, County Administration Building (ground floor) in Upper Marlboro, MD by mid-June 2007. M-NCPPC has begun preparation of a summary plan poster for the West Hyattsville TDDP. The poster is scheduled to be completed and released to the public by September 2007.

September 2006
M-NCPPC staff is preparing the final approved version of the 2006 Approved Transit District Development Plan (TDDP) and Sectional Map Amendment for the West Hyattsville Transit District Overlay Zone (TDOZ). The final approved version of the West Hyattsville TDDP will be available ofr a fee athe the Information Counter, County Administration Building, by Spring 2007. Until then, the Adopted West Hyattsville Plan, including Planning Board and District Council resolutions of adoption and approval, will be available at the Information Counter free of charge.
