The Prince George’s County Planning Board Approves New Guidelines for the Development Review Process

On May 15, 2008, the Prince George’s County Planning Board approved new Process Guidelines for Development Review Applications. The Guidelines resulted from several months of work by citizens, municipal officials, developers, attorneys and engineers. When implemented they will improve the transparency, effectiveness, and certainty of the process by requiring a variety of tasks to be completed by staff and applicants when preparing applications for Planning Board hearings.
