From Silver Spring

Take Interstate 495 (Capital Beltway) East to MD 4 South/East Pennsylvania Avenue, Exit Number 11A, towards Upper Marlboro. Stay on MD 4 for approximately 9 miles and take the exit for Upper Marlboro - County Offices. Turn left onto Water Street; Water Street becomes Elm Street. Turn right onto Governor Oden Bowie Drive. Our office is located on the Fourth Floor.

From Virginia

Take Interstate 495 (Capital Beltway) East/I-95 North for approximately 10 miles. Take the MD 4 South/East/Pennsylvania Avenue exit, Exit Number 11A, towards Upper Marlboro. Stay on MD 4 for approximately 9 miles and take the exit for Upper Marlboro County Offices. Turn left onto Water Street; Water Street becomes Elm Street. Turn right onto Governor Oden Bowie Drive. Travel south on Interstate 495 to Exit 17A, which is Landover Road (MD 202). Head east on MD 202 to the first traffic light. Make a right onto McCormick Drive. Take the first left onto Peppercorn Place and Inglewood Center 3 is the last building on the left, 9400 Peppercorn Place, Largo, Maryland. The Permit Office is located on the sixth floor.

From Virginia

Inglewood Center 3 is the last building on the left, 9400 Peppercorn Place, Largo, Maryland. The Permit Office is located on the sixth floor.
