MEDICAL MALL PLANNING STUDY FEASIBILITY OF FOUR DIFFERENT MEDICAL MALLS IN PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY
Transmittal of the above referenced final report and a presentation by Hunter Interests, Inc. for the planning department. The report provides a comprehensive analysis of the potential for medical mall type facilities as a reuse for underperforming or underutilized malls within the county. The study consisted of the following components:
1) needs analysis and market study,
2) potential site selection,
3) development of four medical mall types,
4) financial feasibility,
5) fiscal and economic impacts,
6) physical, environmental, traffic, and existing market impacts, and
7) an implementation strategy.
