The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission operates through two Planning Boards appointed by the county government in both Montgomery and Prince George's County. The Planning Board holds meetings open to the public each Thursday in the M-NCPPC Building, 8787 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20910 , to consider planning, zoning and subdivision matters.
