Our Policy

Prorated registrations and withdrawals are available for most programs and courses based on the time missed. Customers will receive credit for partial withdraws back onto their PARKS DIRECT account, and that credit can be refunded to the customer subject to our refund policy.

Memberships and certain courses are not eligible for proration except in case of emergency.
