A key step when
beginning an exercise program is determining your fitness level. Our
trained fitness staff can assist you by administering a fitness
assessment. During the assessment aerobic capacity, muscular strength,
muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition will be measured.
Results will enable staff to formulate an effective, personal fitness
program for customers.
We offer Deluxe, Basic and Senior
Assessments. The Deluxe Assessment includes a computerized Health Risk
Appraisal, which will evaluate your current lifestyle and offer
suggestions for improvement. The Senior Assessment contains specialized
criteria to test the fitness level of those ages 60 to 94.
