From tots learning the basics of rolling, balancing, and swinging, to elite athletes performing perfect 10s, the Gymnastics Center at the Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex has the space, equipment, and staff for all gymnastics enthusiasts.

Safety First

The venue's design makes the sport of gymnastics safe and fun. The unique pit system allows a safe landing for beginners; a resi-pit and loose foam pit help take the fear out of falling.

The special, child-sized equipment for ages 18 & under to 4 years old is low to the ground and has slightly different proportions in order to provide even the smallest individual a great leap into this popular sport.

For more advanced athletes, the AAI brand equipment for men's and women's events is top of the line. The two, full exercise floors allow simultaneous events to take place during competitions.

In addition to permanent seating for 1,000 spectators, there are also floor seats, and an unobstructed observation deck, which may be used for videotaping.
