Community Meeting on Pedestrian Safety & Access

During this meeting Toole Design Group presented its findings about pedestrian safety and station accessibility issues along the Central Avenue corridor between the Capitol Heights and the Addison Road-Seat Pleasant Metro stations. Community members participated in a Q&A session to discuss proposed recommendations. A final report will be available in May 2011.

Community Forum

The first of a series of community forums to advance the implementation of the Subregion 4 Master Plan. This implementation program will address transit-oriented development, neighborhood conservation, Metro station access, and pedestrian safety.
