The gym will be closed for one hour of full meditation. Youth ages 10 -17 must sign up for meditation in order to participate in the remaining two hours of the teen night. There will be yoga to stretch and relax the body and a sound bath to relax and calm the mind. Teens will be offered refreshing cucumber or mint water and a healthy snack.
