Spend a day immersed in history at Mount Calvert! Work side-by-side with professional archaeologists to excavate an area of the park where we have discovered thousands of years of occupation, including ancient Native villages, colonial buildings, and slave quarters. Participants will learn how to dig and sift for artifacts, record finds, and post-excavation lab processing.
