Join us for classes in the beautiful outdoors! Classes are offered Memorial Day through Labor Day at M-NCPPC sites throughout Prince George’s County. No registration required.
Yoga is an excellent form of exercise regardless of your age or practice level. It combines body movements, breathing, and mental relaxation to build strength, relieve stress, and to maintain health and well-being. Learn basic moves to strengthen your body, increase flexibility, and free your mind.
