The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC), Department of Parks and Recreation, is accepting qualifications from artists or artist teams interested in a public art opportunity at the Commission’s new Community Center in Hyattsville, Maryland. The selected artist/team will design, fabricate and install a work of art in the form of a sculpture that has the potential to become a landmark and/or identifier for the Peppermill Community.
