The Planning Department is reviewing a redevelopment application for the property located at 12911 Cherry Tree Crossing Road in Brandywine Maryland. The site is owned and managed by the Prince George’s County Department of Public Works and Transportation and currently used as a salt doom. The redevelopment plan includes a 22,804 square-foot (two-story) office building, a 6,704 square-foot storage facility, two new parking lots for trucks and vehicles, a one-way two-lane driveway, two truck loading zones, new stormwater management facilities, and landscape features.

Though this application will be reviewed at the Planning Director level (Administrative Review), adjoining and civic associations (stakeholders) will be notified and given access to the information submitted as well as the final report. Planning Department staff will solicit stakeholders input that will be included in the final report.
All written comments must be received by November 9, 2018, to be included in the final report.
