An amendment to the Process Guidelines for Development Review Applications is being proposed. The guidelines apply to all development review applications transmitted from the Planning Board to the Zoning Hearing Examiner or District Council as well as cases that have a public hearing before the Planning Board. The draft guidelines are available here and are open for a 30-day comment period beginning October 24, 2018, and ending November 23, 2018.
