Prince George’s County Planning Department Holds Meeting On New Proposed Development At The Traditions Of Beechfield
Upper Marlboro, MD—The Prince George’s County Planning Department of The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) will hold a community meeting on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Glenn Dale Community Center with the Enterprise Road Corridor Development Review District Commission (ERCDRD) and residents regarding the proposed development application known as the Traditions at Beechfield Enterprise Road located in the northeast quadrant of US 50 and Enterprise Road.
The proposed development is expected to include a retirement community with townhouses, single family detached, apartment style condominiums, independent living rental apartments, senior rental apartments, assisted living, and home care. The Enterprise Road Corridor Development Review District Commission (ERCDRDC), a community review board, reviews and comments on all development applications within the District’s boundary. The boundary generally includes the east and west sides of Enterprise Road with the northern boundary including part of Lanham Severn Road and a portion of Largo Road to the south.
The meeting will provide residents with information on the proposed development and key planning issues and a question, answer, and comment session. The meeting is open to the public with free parking. For more information contact Judith.Dambrosi, community planner, at 301-952-3551.
