How often do the teams practice?

Typically, the teams practice 2-3 times per week.

Wednesdays, 7 - 8:15 pm
Saturdays, 10 - 11:15 am

1. How do I register for the program?: Please contact the Front Desk at 301-265-1525 or contact Doug Smith at douglas.smith@pgparks.com.

2. Are the coaches qualified?: All our coaches are USA Hockey certified and are required to renew their certifications each year, which includes a background check.

3. What equipment is required for my child?: Players are required to have their own equipment including helmet, stick, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow and shin pads, and hockey skates.

4. How often do the teams practice?
