  2. Thank you for your interest in our Park Buildings.

    Please fill out this web form to request time to view our Park Buildings. All requests must be made at least 48 business hours in advance and will only be considered if the viewing date(s) is/are within 14 business days. Any requests outside of this window will be denied. Please take note of the following:

    • To view a Park Building you must have a PARKSDIRECT account.
      • If you do not have an account please click here to create one.
    • Appointments are only available Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 8 pm for a 30-minute block of time.
    • Birchwood and Vansville Park Buildings can ONLY be viewed between the hours of 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm Monday – Thursday.

    Because customers can make Park Building reservations up to 72 hours in advance, your request may not be approved until we are 72 hours away from your viewing date/time. If approved, our staff will provide you with an access code to enter the building at your appointment time. Your access code(s) will work for 30 minutes, if you miss your appointment you will have to submit a new request.

    Once your request is submitted, please allow up to 1 business day for the Park Permits Office to respond via email.
