   Due to the concerns over the recent outbreak of COVID-19 and new procedures for social distancing, The Prince George's County Planning Board will provide virtual public attendance at its June 30, 2022 meeting. Public participation is encouraged either through our phone bridge or by using GoTo Meeting (online video meeting software). Please note: that you do not need a GoTo Meeting account to participate. All materials MUST be submitted by Tuesday, 12 noon before the meeting via email to pgcpb@mncppc.org at the Planning Board Office. The meeting can be viewed live through our streaming service and a video recording will be available for review after the meeting.

   Everyone who wishes to speak at the Planning Board meeting must register in advance by Tuesday 12 noon before the meeting. You may register by filling out this form in its entirety and successfully submitting it. Please note: This form will stop taking submissions on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at 12:00 noon. All of your material submissions, including PowerPoints, must also be emailed to the Planning Board Office by June 28, at 12:00 noon as well. Once registration is received, we will provide call-in information and a web address to connect to the meeting. If you only wish to watch the Planning Board hearing you may do so at our normal streaming website: http://mncppc.iqm2.com
