Virtual Senior Health & Fitness Day: Chair Yoga

Log in for a 30-minute yoga session guided by Steve Wolf. You will experience rhythmic breathing along with a series stretches. This session is for all levels. You do not have to be an experienced yogi to participate. You are welcome to use a yoga mat or a chair. You will leave the practice rejuvenated.
Supplies will be available for pick up on May 21st from 10AM – 2PM.
