What is ONPOINT

ONPOINT is the new corporate service-desk platform that offers support for our core business systems, such as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the Time and Attendance system (Kronos). This web-based platform replaces the current reporting method of sending emails for support. The system provides end-to-end visibility, which includes tracking tickets and receiving real-time updates on the progress of your support requests.
