Register As a Vendor

Register online today to be a Vendor!

All New Vendors need to first register as a supplier to become an active vendor in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As a registered supplier, companies are automatically added to our internal bidders list based on the commodities for which they have registered.

The registration process to become a vendor is as follows:

  • Register as a supplier and record supplier number
  • Upon completion of the registration process, the prospective vendor should provide their supplier number to their internal staff contact
  • Internal staff contact will use the vendor number request form to request a supplier be converted to a vendor
  • Procurement will verify their information and activate the vendor profile
  • The vendor and the requestor will receive an email with their vendor number and a link to the ACH Form. The vendor must complete all sections and return the form to ach@mncppc.org (ACH is managed by Accounts Payable)
